Executive Team

Louis Ranieri
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Owner and CEO
Louis Ranieri is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting and the Founder and Executive Director of RCS Learning Center. Louis founded RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting in 1997 and RCS Learning Center in 2006. Prior to founding RCS, Louis worked in a variety of human service settings including state funded educational facilities as well as home based settings. Louis founded RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting because he was passionate about providing a safe, committed, and loving educational environment for children with developmental disabilities.

Denise Rizzo, M.S.
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Owner and President
Denise Rizzo is the Founder and President of RCS Learning Center and RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC. Denise holds a Master’s of Science in Intensive Special Needs from Simmons College. Denise founded RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting in 1997 and RCS Learning Center in 2006. Prior to founding RCS, Denise worked in variety of educational settings including private special education schools, public schools, and home based consulting. She opened her Independent Practice and then the Learning Center in order to better service students with Special Needs by improving educational services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and has continued on her mission since that time.

Natalie Rizzo, B.S.
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Director of Operations
Natalie received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Keene State College. Natalie has served as the Director of Operations for RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC and RCS Learning Center since 2003. Prior to working at RCS, Natalie worked for a variety of not-for-profit and for profit organizations serving in the roles as staff accountant, payroll specialist, and human resources coordinator.

Jennifer Rutland, M.S. Ed., BCBA, LABA
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Director
Jennifer received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology of Learning and Development from Framingham State College and her Master’s of Science in Behavioral Education from Simmons College. Jennifer has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2003. Jennifer has been employed at RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting since 1997, but has worked in a variety of other settings in addition including public school and home based settings. Jennifer began her career at RCS as a Behavior Therapist in 1997, and is currently the Director of RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting. Jen is responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational policies and procedures of RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting. Jennifer’s areas of expertise include social skills programming, stimulus control, and educational evaluations.

Colleen Yorlets, M.A., M.S., BCBA, LABA
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Clinical Director
Colleen received her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Music Performance from Franklin & Marshall College, a Master’s in Psychology from Boston University, and a Master’s of Science in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. Colleen became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2011. Prior to working at RCS, Colleen worked as a research assistant on a variety of projects related to human services as well as a direct service provider to children with educational and behavioral difficulties. Colleen began her career at RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting as a Program Manager/BCBA in 2007. She was promoted to the Clinical Director of Consulting in 2010 and is currently responsible for overseeing clinical programming and the daily operations of RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting. Colleen’s areas of expertise include discrete trial programming (DTT), verbal behavior programming, and designing interventions to reduce stereotypical/automatically maintained behavior.

Christina King, PH.D., BCBA, LABA
RCS Learning Center; Director
Christina received her Bachelor’s of Science in Communication Disorders from Boston University. She received both her Master’s in the Science of Education in Behavioral Education and Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. Christina has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2004. Prior to joining the team at RCS, Christina worked in a variety of public school classrooms as well as home based behavior therapy and consultation. Christina began her career at RCS Learning Center as a Clinician/BCBA in July 2006. Later in 2006, she was promoted to the Assistant Director then the Director in 2007. Christina currently serves as the Director of RCS Learning Center and is responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational policies and procedures at RCS Learning Center. Christina’s areas of expertise include verbal behavior programming, stimulus control, and Functional Behavior Assessments.

Allison Genovese , M.S. , BCBA, LABA
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC.; Director of Early Childhood Programs
Allison received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a specialization in developmental disabilities from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University. Allison became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2008. Prior to joining the RCS team, Allison worked in a variety of settings including a private special education school, public school, and an educational collaborative. Allison began her career at RCS Learning Center as a Program Manager/BCBA in 2008 and was promoted to the position of Assistant Director in 2009. Allison is now the Director of Admissions at RCS Learning Center and the Director of Early Childhood Programs for RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC. Allison’s areas of expertise include functional behavior assessment, behavior management, skill acquisition programming, and verbal behavior programming.

Tiffany Szymanski, M.S., BCBA, LABA
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Clinical Director of Early Childhood Programs 
Tiffany received her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the State University of New York at Albany. She received a Master’s of Science in Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. Tiffany became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2010. Prior to working at RCS, Tiffany worked as a therapist, program manager and assistant director in home, clinic-based and school settings, providing services to individuals with autism. Tiffany began working at RCS in 2011 as a Clinical Liaison and currently serves as the Clinical Director of Early Childhood programs. Tiffany’s areas of expertise include verbal behavior, classroom management and staff training.

Janelle Guarino, M.S., BCBA, LABA
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Clinical Liaison
Janelle received her Bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in sociology from Northeastern University. She received a Master’s of Science in applied behavior analysis from Simmons College and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2013. Janelle began working at RCS in May 2011 as a Behavior Therapist and has since transitioned into several supervisory roles within the company and currently serves as a Clinical Liaison, providing clinical and administrative oversight to Program Supervisors. Janelle’s areas of interest include: verbal behavior, interventions for feeding disorders, functional behavior assessments, and implementation of behavior plans within home and school settings.

Reanna Streeter, M.S.,BCBA, LABA
RCS Behavioral & Consulting, LLC; Clinical Coordinator
Reanna received her Bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in psychology of children with exceptionalities from SUNY Cortland. She received a Master’s of Science in applied behavior analysis from Simmons College and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014. Reanna began working at RCS in July 2012 as a Behavior Therapist and has since transitioned into several supervisory roles within the company and currently serves as a Clinical Coordinator, providing clinical and administrative oversight to Program Supervisors. Reanna’s areas of interest include verbal behavior programming and advanced social skills.

Meaghan Maguire, M.S., BCBA,LABA
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Clinical Coordinator
Meaghan received her Bachelors in Psychobiology from Simmons College in Boston, MA. She received a Master’s of Science in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College in Boston, MA. Meaghan became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2016. Prior to working at RCS, Meaghan worked as a therapist in clinic-based and school settings, providing services to individuals with autism. Meaghan began working at RCS in 2014 as a Self-Supervisor and currently serves as a Clinical Coordinator for Early Childhood.

Tiffany Jones
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Assistant Director of Consulting
Tiffany received her Bachelor’s of Science in Communication Disorders with a minor in Human and Family Development from Auburn University. Prior to joining the RCS team, Tiffany has held a position as the Assistant Director at a cognitive training facility. Tiffany also has experience providing various therapeutic services including speech therapy, ABA therapy, and cognitive training. Tiffany’s interests include staff management and training, creative therapeutic techniques, and organizational management.

Jessica Smith
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Assistant Director of Operations
Jessica received her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Bridgewater State University. Jessica has served as the Human Resources Representative for RCS Learning Center, RCS Behavioral and Educational Consulting, LLC and Mini-Miracles Child Care Center since 2011. Jessica’s areas of expertise include recruiting, organizational behavior, staff management and training.

Tania Barrera, M.S., BCaBA
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Insurance Manager
Tania received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. She received her Master’s of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Salem State University in 2015 and also received a certificate for Applied Behavior Analysis for Special Populations from the University of Massachusetts, Boston . Prior to joining RCS in September of 2011, Tania worked in a preschool setting. Tania’s areas of interest include organizational development and organizational behavior management.

June Lee
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Finance Assistant
June received her Bachelor’s of Science from Bridgewater State College. June has served as the Finance Assistant for RCS Learning Center, RCS Behavioral and Educational Consulting, LLC and Mini-Miracles Child Care Center since 2014. June has 30 plus years experience with accounting and bookkeeping and 8 plus years in tax preparation. June’s areas of expertise include Accounting, Finance and Bookkeeping.

Adrienne Deangelo
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Scheduling Manager
Adrienne joined the RCS team in November 2012. Prior to working at RCS Adrienne was an office manager for a healthcare organization in Florida. She is currently working towards a degree in business. Adrienne is currently responsible for all facets of scheduling services, as well as insurance authorizations and coordination.

Michele Daigle
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Scheduling Coordinator
Michele received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Westfield State University. Michele joined the RCS team in October 2014 as a Behavior Therapist and transitioned into the Early Childhood Scheduling Coordinator in August 2015. Prior to working at RCS Michele was a Behavioral Interventionist and also worked as a Site Coordinator at an Education Center in Holyoke, MA.

Erin Foley
RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, LLC; Administrative Coordinator of Consulting
Erin received her Bachelors of Science in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Erin has many years of experience working in various administrative roles including HR Manager, Sales Manager and Administrative Assistant. Erin has served as the Administrative Coordinator for RCS Behavioral and Educational Consulting, LLC since September 2016. Erin’s areas of expertise include organizational development and policy development.
